I. Definitions

1. Slearn: An online platform that provides IELTS preparation courses, supports learners with smart learning tools, connects them with instructors, assesses their proficiency, and helps improve their English skills.

2. User: Any individual or organization that registers an account and uses Slearn's services.

3. User Account: A personal account registered on the Slearn system via email or phone number.

4. Services: Includes online IELTS courses, study materials, practice tests, instructor support, and other features provided by Slearn.

5. Tuition Fees: The amount users must pay to enroll in courses or access services on Slearn.

II. User Rights and Responsibilities

2.1. User Rights

• Access online IELTS courses according to the enrolled program.
• Receive support from Slearn’s instructors and consultants throughout the learning process.
• Receive free updates on study materials, exercises, and practice tests throughout the course duration.
• Join the Slearn learner community to exchange experiences, ask questions, and receive feedback.
• Have the right to request technical support if encountering issues with access or service usage.

2.2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal information when registering an account and update it in case of any changes.
• Keep login information secure and do not share the account with others.
• Do not copy, distribute, or use Slearn's study materials illegally for commercial or personal purposes.
• Comply with Slearn's regulations and Vietnamese laws when using the service.
• Refrain from disruptive behavior that affects other learners' experiences or damages Slearn's reputation.

III. Rights and Responsibilities of Slearn

3.1. Rights of Slearn

• Slearn reserves the right to modify and update course content and terms of use without prior notice.
• Suspend or terminate a user's account if fraudulent activities, violations of terms, or unauthorized use are detected.
• Upgrade and maintain the system regularly to ensure service quality.

3.2. Responsibilities of Slearn

• Ensure the quality of teaching and provide support to users throughout their learning process.
• Protect users' personal information and refrain from sharing it with third parties without user consent, except as required by law enforcement authorities.
• Provide complete study materials as committed for each course.
• Ensure users rights are protected when there are changes or upgrades to the service.

IV. Tuition Fee Policy, Refunds, and Cancellations

4.1. Tuition Fee Payment

• Users must pay the full tuition fee before starting the course.
• Slearn accepts multiple payment methods: bank transfer, e-wallet, and credit/debit card.

4.2. Tuition Fee Refund Policy

• The course is canceled due to an error on Slearn's part.
• Users have a valid reason (illness, accident, or other emergencies) and receive approval from Slearn.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 07 days from the course registration date.

4.3. Course Cancellation Policy

• Users may request to cancel a course before it starts. In such cases, Slearn will review and determine partial refunds based on specific circumstances.
• Once the course has started, Slearn does not accept course cancellation requests.

V. Personal Information Security

• Slearn is committed to protecting users' personal information in accordance with Vietnamese law.
• Users' personal information will not be shared with third parties without their consent.
• Users have the right to request updates or deletion of their personal information from the Slearn system.

VI. Terms of Service

• Users must not use Slearn's services for illegal purposes or to harm any organization or individual.
• All acts of fraud, copying, or distributing study materials without Slearn's consent are strictly prohibited.
• If any violations are detected, Slearn reserves the right to terminate the account without prior notice.

VII. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Slearn platform, including videos, materials, lectures, graphics, and software, is the property of Slearn.
• Users are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, or use this content without Slearn's permission.
